Meet the Team

The Staff at Trinity Church are a dedicated group of believers who have a passion for ministry and a desire to see impact in both the church and the community.   • Andrew "Drew" baker - Lead Pastor      

    Pastor Drew was appointed to Trinity in the summer of 2022. After a previous career as a teacher, he earned his Master of Divinity degree from Asbury Theological Seminary and received his first pastoral appointment in 2014. He is most passionate about preaching and teaching, but he also has a knack for administration and a heart for supporting those in crisis. He is married to Heather, a expanded functions dental assistant, and they have two children, William and Charlie. 
  • Debbie Miller - Children's Leader     circleemail

    Debbie has been a part of the Trinity family for approximately 10 years. She and her husband Gregg returned to Indiana after Gregg retired from 22 years of military service. Debbie's passion for kids can be evidenced by her list of employment and volunteer connections. She has been involved with Girl Scouts, children ministries, youth ministries and worked at two different daycares. She is a mother of two and grandmother of six. Debbie's high creativity in crafts is an added bonus to the children's ministry area along with her desire to serve.  


  • randi Gross - Administrative Assistant

    Randi has been in administrative assistance for over 20 years now. Starting in non-for-profit at the Noble County Council on Aging. She worked my way up while attending college part time and left as the Assistant Executive Director. She entered into the Insurance field as a Property & Casualty Producer and has been licensed for 16 years now.  She worked at McClish Insurance for over 10 yrs & they specialized in Church Insurance.  After her boss retired she started as the administrative assistant at Praise Lutheran Church (pre-Covid & during Covid).  She looks forward to sharing her accumulated experience and being a positive assets to TCUM. She is happy to be here and hopes to be of good service to the congregation and community here.

  • Maddie Pfafman - Director of Technology and digital engagemENT

    Maddie has recently joined our team to help navigate our social media and online presence. She handles editing sermon videos, and engaging with our website, and Facebook page. Maddie was raised in Kendallville, and graduated from East Noble High School in 2019.  She is engaged to be married, and has two little girls ages 2 and 10 months. In her free time she enjoys the outdoors and new activities with her family. She hopes to have a positive impact on the growth of the church and is excited to continue to learn and experience personal growth in her role here.
